中央氣象局9日晚間8時30分發布中度颱風昌鴻陸上颱風警報，暴風範圍掃過桃園以北，台北市、新北市基隆市首當其衝，北北基桃今天都停班停課。
新北市政府表示，昌鴻颱風期間，自10日7時起，新北市開放295所學校停車。
此外，為保障遊客旅遊品質，確保旅遊安全，新北市政府觀光旅遊局也宣佈，十分瀑布公園10日起停止入園，未來待颱風警報解除後，視園區復原情形再行公布開園日期。
觀旅局表示，颱風期間，提醒民眾注意自身安全，請勿前往颱風警戒地區遊玩，尤其山區、海邊，以及碧潭恐因大雨造成水位暴漲，請民眾切勿前往。
新北市政府宣布今天停止上班，瑞芳、十分、碧潭、烏來等風景區遊客中心及猴硐煤礦博物園區館舍今天都配合休館。1040710
